New features, improvements, and fixes that keep Pitchello sharp for creative professionals.

A Rebuilt Media Library, and Sound in Your Decks

Your media library is now a real workspace. A sidebar groups footage by project and by deck, you can zoom the grid between four sizes or switch to a list, tags filter with counts beside them, and files upload by dropping them anywhere on the page. Pick out a handful of images and turn them into a mood board on the spot. Decks can carry sound now too, both as a track on a tile and as narration that plays as someone moves through your pitch.

  • AddedThe media library has a sidebar that groups your footage by project and by deck, so you can get back to the shot you used in a particular pitch
  • AddedZoom the library between four sizes by pinching or scrolling, switch to a list view, and select several items at once to tag, delete, or turn into a mood board
  • ImprovedDrop files anywhere on the library page to upload them. The dashed upload box is gone, and one Upload menu holds files, Extract from PDF, and Paste a link
  • AddedPut a track on a tile: upload an MP3, M4A or WAV, or paste a SoundCloud or Spotify link. An uploaded track draws its real waveform and plays right on the page
  • AddedGive a page its own narration or score. It plays when a viewer reaches that page, with autoplay you turn on page by page, and it stops when they move on
  • ImprovedPackage pages gained a card and list view your recipient can switch between, a hero image you can position, credited collaborators, and PDFs laid out two at a time with their page counts
  • AddedSelect a passage of text in a PDF on a package page and leave a comment on exactly that passage
  • FixedAI video now honors the shape, length and resolution you choose, including vertical 9:16
  • FixedMembers invited to a team can create pitches from any of their workspaces, and land in the workspace they were invited to

Hands-Free Dictation for Your Assistant, Plus Editor Fixes

Dictate to your creative assistant and watch your words appear as you speak, with a live sound level and timer that keep going until you stop. Also in this release: the selection outline is back on image and video tiles, and shared links got a privacy hardening pass.

  • ImprovedDictation streams your words into the assistant as you speak, shows a live sound level and timer, and keeps listening until you press Stop or Send
  • FixedThe microphone permission prompt now appears the first time you start dictating
  • FixedThe selection outline shows again when you click an image or video tile
  • ImprovedA privacy hardening pass on shared pitch links

A Redesigned Editor, Plus a Command Palette

The editor has a cleaner toolbar and navigation, a Command K palette for jumping straight to any action, new fill options for tile backgrounds, and text that can fade with its own opacity.

  • ImprovedA redesigned toolbar and navigation give the editor a cleaner, more focused look
  • AddedPress Command K (Control K) to open a command palette that jumps straight to any editor action, with a searchable shortcuts panel and a "what's new" summary of recent releases
  • AddedTile backgrounds now have a fill type, none, solid, or gradient, so a title tile can sit directly on your photo or fade into a color for a scrim effect
  • AddedText can now fade with its own opacity setting
  • AddedDrag an image straight from another browser tab, or drop an image link, onto a page or tile
  • ImprovedYour creative assistant now shows its thinking as it works, and you can dictate to it by voice
  • ImprovedStrengthened access controls on shared-link comments

Reroll Your Grid With One Click

A new roll button shuffles your page into a fresh grid layout instantly, the masonry picker is easier to scan, and text boxes get drop shadows with a smarter default alignment.

  • AddedA roll button on the layout picker reshuffles your grid tiles into a new random arrangement with one click
  • ImprovedThe masonry picker is easier to scan, with a bigger preview, letterboxed thumbnails, and an aspect ratio badge on each option
  • AddedText boxes can now have a drop shadow, and new text starts with a sensible default alignment
  • ImprovedYour plan is now shown right in the sidebar user menu
Platform

Stronger Workspace Access Checks

A round of account security hardening: workspace access is always checked against your current membership, and support sessions end the moment access is revoked.

  • ImprovedWorkspace access is now consistently checked against your current membership across your dashboard, analytics, billing, and templates
  • FixedA support access session now ends immediately if access is revoked, instead of continuing on stale permission
Plans

Plan Cards You Can Compare at a Glance

The plan cards on the pricing page now read as a set: a short one-line description on each card, with prices lined up so the tiers compare side by side. Plus a round of billing and sharing fixes.

  • ImprovedPlan cards on the pricing page are easier to compare: short one-line descriptions, with prices that line up across every card
  • FixedTeam members whose workspace is covered by their team no longer see upgrade prompts on their own workspace
  • FixedThe billing page on a free workspace shows your real usage instead of a broken percentage
  • FixedPublic pitch and package pages load cleaner, without a stray sign-in check on every view
  • FixedThe media library tab is now named correctly in your browser
Sharing

Dress Up Your Project Package

Give the package you share a real cover: a header image or video, your own accent color and font, and video or PDF pieces sitting right alongside your decks.

  • AddedSet a header image or video for your project package, with text and logo that adjust automatically for light or dark
  • AddedAdd videos and PDFs to a package alongside your decks, opened right in the browser
  • AddedPick an accent color and a headline font to match your package to your brand
  • ImprovedPreview your package in a light or dark theme before you send it
  • ImprovedPlan names across your account now read Production and Custom instead of Studio and Enterprise
Sharing

Share a Whole Project as One Link

Send a client, a financier, or a festival your entire slate in a single link. The package page opens with your header image and a note from you, then presents every deck in the order you set.

  • AddedShare a project as one link, with a header image, an opening message, and your decks in the order you arrange them
  • AddedChoose how your name appears to the recipient, with your workspace logo beside it
  • ImprovedAny team member can now save custom color palettes, not just workspace owners and admins
  • ImprovedOn Studio and Enterprise, any team member can now save custom layouts, not just workspace owners and admins

Watch the PDF as it Compiles

Download PDF from a share link now shows compile progress on the download control itself, so you can see the file building instead of waiting on a silent stall. Pitch analytics count every view in the window, not a sample. An embedded deck uses the same layout the share link was set to.

  • AddedShare-link PDF download shows compile progress on the control, then saves the file to disk
  • ImprovedPitch analytics count every view in the selected window, with a volume axis instead of a legend
  • ImprovedAn embedded pitch now uses the same viewer layout as its share link: vertical scroll, paged, or feed
  • ImprovedPersonal and team workspaces are labeled in the switcher, so a personal space and a production company are no longer interchangeable names
  • FixedProject visibility now says workspace-public or invite-only, instead of a vague public that hid the difference

Reframing Holds in Every Format

Crop and reposition media in an ultra-wide, vertical or square deck and the change lands on the page the moment you save, not just in the dialog. Captions stay put in the format you moved them in, instead of shifting every other format with them.

  • FixedReframing a photo or clip in a deck that is not standard widescreen now updates the page itself, not only the preview inside the edit dialog
  • FixedMoving a caption in one aspect ratio no longer moves it in the others, so a vertical cut and a wide cut each hold their own text placement
  • FixedDownload PDF from a share link now starts one download per click instead of several
  • ImprovedCustom workspace fonts load in share links and exports, so a deck sent to a client reads in the typeface you chose
  • ImprovedTeammates with view-only access get a clean read-only deck, keeping comments, navigation and page export without editing controls that could never save
Editor

Frame Your Footage, Set the Mood

Video now crops and repositions inside a tile the same way stills do, so a wide shot can hold a vertical frame. Alongside it: gradients across pages, tiles and header bands, a blur slider for the media behind your text, and per-tile control over whether a clip plays on its own or waits for a click.

  • AddedReframe a video inside its tile: double-click it, drag to the crop you want, zoom in, and it holds that framing everywhere the deck is seen
  • AddedDecide per clip whether it plays automatically or waits for a click, so a page can open quiet and let one hero shot run
  • AddedGradient backgrounds for pages, individual tiles, and header and footer bands, plus a blur slider that pushes an image or video back so text reads over it
  • ImprovedHeader and footer bands gain your workspace logo in a light variant, three-zone placement, and an inset control. Double-click a band to open its settings
Editor

Your Brand Logo, Straight Into Any Deck

Header and Footer settings can now pull your workspace logo in directly, so a deck carries your brand without hunting down the file and uploading it again.

  • AddedUse your workspace logo in a deck header or footer in one click, no re-uploading, available on Studio and above once a brand logo is set
Templates

A New Way to Browse Templates

The Templates gallery got a full redesign: featured templates lead, and every template lives in one browsable grid with live motion. Plus: embedded pitches no longer carry a Pitchello footer, and workspace invitations can now be resent or revoked.

  • AddedA redesigned Templates gallery with featured picks and one browsable grid, with pages cycling live as you hover
  • ImprovedEmbedded pitches now show your work and nothing else. The Created-with-Pitchello footer is gone on every plan

Editor

Seamless Rearranging and Uploads You Can Watch Land

Moving media around your deck is now completely seamless: videos keep playing and images stay put while you swap tiles. Big uploads show a placeholder for every incoming file and reveal each one the moment it is ready.

  • ImprovedSwapping tiles no longer flashes images or restarts videos, so your page keeps playing while you rearrange it
  • AddedUploading a batch of files lays out a placeholder for each photo or video and reveals every tile the moment it finishes
  • ImprovedUndo after a batch upload removes the whole batch in one step instead of one tile at a time
  • ImprovedTrim and speed adjustments apply when you release the handle, without interrupting the other videos on the page
Editor

Cleaner Uploads and a Tidier Media Library

Uploads now show honest progress and a clear finished state, and you can filter your media library down to the assets no deck is using. Plus the homepage now shows real footage from inside the product.
