Pitchello is a visual pitch deck builder that allows users to create, edit, and share presentation materials through a drag-and-drop interface.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Pitchello. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pitchello be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Custom Vanity URLs & Brand Protection

Custom vanity URLs are a powerful branding tool available to Production and Custom plan users. By using this feature, you agree to:

Trademark Respect: Avoid using trademarked terms, brand names, or company names that you don't own or represent
Good Faith Use: Only use URLs that accurately represent your content or organization
Priority Claims: If a trademark holder joins Pitchello and has legitimate claim to a vanity URL you're using, we may need to transfer it to them
No Impersonation: Don't create URLs intended to impersonate or mislead others about your identity or affiliation

Examples to avoid: netflix, apple, microsoft, google (unless you represent these companies)

Good examples: my-show-proposal, john-smith-portfolio, treatment-for-new-music-video

By creating an account, you agree that we may send you service-related messages and, unless you opt out, marketing communications.
