We share personal information with trusted third-party service providers that process it on our behalf to operate and improve the Service, including providers for payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), hosting and data storage (Vercel, Neon, and Google Cloud Storage), analytics (Google Analytics, Meta, and Vercel Analytics), AI-powered features (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Replicate), text-to-speech voice generation (ElevenLabs), AI observability and diagnostics (Langfuse), and internal notifications to our team (Slack). These providers may use your information only to perform services for us. Our use of analytics and advertising providers is subject to your cookie preferences, which you can manage at any time (see "Cookies and Tracking" below).

When you use voice input in the AI assistant, your browser's built-in speech recognition converts your speech to text: your browser sends the audio directly to its own speech service (Apple's on Safari, Google's on Chrome) and never to Pitchello. We receive only the resulting text, which we handle like any other text you type into the assistant.

When you generate spoken narration for a page, the narration text you type is sent to ElevenLabs, which synthesizes it into audio using our account. We store the resulting audio as media in your workspace.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and analyze how our service is used. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set with your consent, and you can change your decision at any time below — withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
