Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle to encourage consistent use. Purchased credit packs are separate — those last 12 months from the date of purchase. Annual plans issue credits monthly throughout the year rather than all at once.

Do team members share credits, or get their own?

Credits are pooled at the workspace level — all members draw from the same pool. On Pro and Production plans the monthly allocation scales per seat, so a 3-seat team gets 3x the per-seat allocation. Admin grants and purchased packs are also workspace-wide.
