How do I get started with Pitchello?

A workspace is the container for your pitches, media, fonts, and teammates. Everything is scoped to one workspace at a time, so you can keep a personal workspace for spec work and a team workspace for client projects. Switch workspaces from the workspace menu at any time.

How do I invite teammates to a workspace?

From the workspace settings, invite someone by email and pick their role. Admins can manage the plan and billing; members can create and share pitches but not change billing. Invitations expire after a set window, and you can re-send or revoke them at any time.

How do seats work on team plans?

Each teammate on a paid workspace takes up one seat. On Pro and Production, your monthly credit allocation scales per seat, so a 3-seat team gets 3x the credits. Seat changes take effect on your next billing cycle with a prorated adjustment.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?

Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately for upgrades (you're billed the prorated difference) and at the end of your current cycle for downgrades or cancellations. Your pitches and media stay intact — downgrading just reduces your monthly credit allocation and seat count.
